Job Description

  • Propose and coordinate the implementation of programs to develop the distribution network, expand coverage, and increase market penetration.
  • Support the development and execution of programs to improve product availability, visibility, and boost sales during major shopping festivals.
  • Contribute to the implementation of loyalty engagement programs, volume upgrade initiatives, and existing customer care.
  • Execute hot spot support programs according to approved plans.
  • Monitor progress, consolidate implementation results, and support the control of program effectiveness.
  • Collect and analyze business performance data and customer behavior by region, and target group to provide relevant proposals.
  • Update market feedback, monitor competitor activities, and support the identification of opportunities for distribution channel expansion.
  • Execute trade marketing programs in alignment with SMART objectives.
  • Execute product launch and relaunch programs.
  • Collaborate with the relevant departments to effectively communicate all marketing plans, programs, and activities.
  • Collaborate with regional business units to implement strategies and business plans effectively.
  • Maintain and strengthen collaborative relationships with partners to ensure the effective implementation of sales support programs.
  • Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong change management abilities, multitasking skills, and resilience under pressure.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in commercial laws, food safety regulations.
  • Proficient in planning product go-to-market strategies, developing points of sale, and winning over consumers.
  • Knowledgeable in product display and shelf space management.
