Procurement Manager

Procurement Planning:

• Develop procurement plans aligned with the company’s production schedule.
• Oversee procurement activities to ensure compliance with internal processes and policies.
• Regularly update and standardize procurement procedures to align with the company’s business and production strategy.
• Execute procurement plans and monitor order requests from relevant departments.

Budget and Cost Management:

• Consolidate and evaluate monthly procurement spend analysis and monitor market price trends.
• Conduct cost appraisals for raw materials, supplies, goods, fertilizers, etc.
• Prepare the department’s operational budget.

Procurement Operations:

• Assign, oversee, and supervise the processing of purchase/service requests.
• Monitor the sourcing, evaluation, and selection of suppliers.
• Advise and participate in supplier negotiations regarding contract terms and transaction conditions.

Supplier Management and Evaluation:

• Maintain and manage supplier data.
• In collaboration with the QHSE department, evaluate suppliers against company standards to establish a high-quality supplier network and foster strategic partnerships.

Accounts Payable and Supplier Relations:

• Monitor and review supplier payments and make payment approval recommendations.
• Guide teams in tracking payables by established processes.
• Provide guidance and support in resolving supplier complaints and disputes in compliance with company policies.

• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in large-scale manufacturing companies.
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand financial conditions and market dynamics.
• Solid understanding of relevant laws and regulations regarding Tax, Customs, Import-Export, and Competition.
• Strong negotiation and pricing skills.
• Analytical and forecasting capabilities.
• Quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Proficiency in supply chain technologies and software systems.
