Job Description

1. Business Strategy & Planning

  • Propose and implement strategies, objectives, and business development plans aligned with company direction.
  • Develop sales tactics and macro/micro deployment plans to build competitive advantages.
  • Collaborate with Trade/Brand Marketing to develop effective sales programs.


2. Revenue & Sales Target Management

  • Plan, organize, and manage all sales activities to achieve revenue, profit, market share, distribution, and product mix targets.
  • Assign and monitor business targets for ASMs/sales teams, track progress, and take corrective actions.
  • Manage and optimize trade promotion budgets, POSM, and Tool of Trade to ensure sales effectiveness.


3. Market Development & Customer Relationship

  • Expand market coverage and acquire new customers and distribution partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring regular visits and understanding of their needs.
  • Monitor market shifts and propose new products and sales opportunities.


4. Sales Process & System Management

  • Develop, implement, and oversee business, distribution, customer care, and risk management policies.
  • Ensure partner/distributor system quality and sales routes comply with company standards.
  • Analyze market trends and forecasts to provide timely solutions that improve business performance.


5. Team Management & Development

  • Recruit, train, guide, and coach team members.
  • Manage performance, conduct regular evaluations, and recognize/reward achievements.
  • Conduct meetings, work closely with the team, and frequently visit the market.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in FMCG sales, including at least 3 years in a managerial role at large-scale companies in the fast-moving consumer goods sector.
  • Strong change management abilities, multitasking skills, and resilience under pressure.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
  • Solid knowledge of channel structure and sales management tools.
  • Knowledge in distribution/channel development, including market dynamics, channel growth trends, and channel-fit product strategies
  • Strong risk management skills in executing sales programs, policies, and customer management.
