Job Description

  • Develop and execute the business strategy for the food ingredients segment to achieve sales, profitability, and market share targets.
  • Lead business development activities by identifying new opportunities and providing market insights to support sales targets and Vietnam market penetration.
  • Monitor market trends, analyze data, and propose strategies for product and market development.
  • Drive initiatives to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Manage, optimize, and expand the product portfolio.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Prepare and maintain regular business reports to track performance and support decision-making.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Food Technology, Chemistry or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in raw materials for the F&B manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledgeable about ingredients used in manufacturing and processing, especially those related to sweeteners and modified starch.
  • Strong relationships with suppliers and customers in Vietnam’s F&B processing sector.
  • Strong change management abilities, multitasking skills, and resilience under pressure.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen awareness of market trends.
  • Have the ability to conduct basic financial analysis, including sales, volume, profit & loss (P&L), and return on investment (ROI).
