Job Description

1. Manage the company's procurement activities

  • Procure goods and services as assigned.
  • Execute the procurement plan for the item group under the responsibility.
  • Review the budget plan and respond to requesting units if the plan exceeds the budget.

 

2. Perform procurement operations

  • Receive procurement and service requests.
  • Search for and evaluate suppliers in accordance with regulations.
  • Negotiate transaction terms with suppliers.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
  • Monitor contract execution.

 

3. Manage and evaluate suppliers

  • Collect supplier data and update the supplier list.
  • Search, review, and evaluate suppliers according to company standards to build a network of high-quality partners and suppliers for the company.
  • Receive and resolve supplier complaints and disputes in accordance with regulations.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, International Trade, Supply Chain, Import-Export, Finance, International Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement within large-scale manufacturing companies. Preferably experience within FMCG sector.
  • Strong change management abilities, multitasking skills, and resilience under pressure.
  • Good communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Has a solid understanding of legal regulations related to taxation, customs, import and export of goods, and competition laws.
  • Possessing certifications such as CPIM, CPSM, Advanced Purchasing, or Project Management is an advantage.
