Job Description

  • Develop and implement international business strategies for target markets.
  • Manage, coordinate, and develop the international sales activities to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research, stay updated on consumer trends, and monitor international trade policies.
  • Establish, maintain, and expand the network of international partners and clients.
  • Negotiate, sign, and manage rice export contracts, ensuring legal compliance and profit optimization.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance, and propose solutions for improvement and market expansion.
  • Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in rice or agriculture industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial position.
  • Strong change management abilities, multitasking skills, and resilience under pressure.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills.
  • Strong understanding of both domestic and international rice markets.
  • Comprehensive understanding of international trade law, and customs regulations.
  • Strategic mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to global market changes.
