Job Description

  • Assist with administrative tasks for business operations: schedule appointments, organize meetings, prepare documents, take meeting minutes, and follow up on post-meeting action items.
  • Manage, store, and update records, contracts, reports, customer data, and other business-related documents.
  • Assist in preparing documents for quotations, promotional programs, or commercial contracts.
  • Support the preparation of sales reports, track progress toward sales targets, and compile and analyze data as required.
  • Participate in developing and improving administrative processes and working regulations within the Sales Department to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably with experience in the agriculture and food industry.
  • Strong change management abilities, multitasking skills, and resilience under pressure.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with a preference for candidates skilled in data processing and compilation.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and task-tracking skills.
  • Careful, proactive, and dynamic.
