- Identify opportunities for digital transformation within the organization to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
2. Innovation and Trends:
- Stay up-to-date with digital trends, technologies, and consumer behavior to keep the brand competitive.
- Identify opportunities for adopting emerging technologies, such as AI, AR/VR, or personalization tools.
3. Campaign Management:
- Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across platforms, including social media, search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and display advertising.
- Manage and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
4. Content and Creative Oversight:
- Work with content creators, designers, and copywriters to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Lead the creation of engaging and innovative content tailored to target audiences.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Use analytics tools to measure the performance of digital campaigns and derive actionable insights.
- Prepare and present regular reports on digital performance to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector
- Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns and projects.
- Technical Skills:
