- Manage and control the C&B activities including monthly payroll, social charges, PIT…
- Monthly C&B Report
- Participates as the team member in the strategic projects and initiatives
- Prepares the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the budget
- Manage and develop the process of changing employee status: labor contract, promotion, replacement, resignations, terminations and handle of employee grievances, disciplines
- Update the new law relating to HR for developing and updating Company regulations and policies in compliance with current Vietnamese labor law
- Manages and develops C&B Analysts
- Other requested by C&B manager
- Education: Bachelor degree.
- Experience: 2-3 years in a similar position
- Knowledge of governmental regulations relating to human resources
- Strong and proven analytical skills
- Excellent computer skills especially Microsoft Excel.
- Honest, careful and detailed oriented.
- Working under high pressure, willing to learn, positive thinking
- Good at English in communication skills
