Job Description

  • Manage, direct and coordinate the work of external advisors, internal resources, and temporary contractors to build & maintain the effciency of Tax & Transfer Pricing Policies.

  • Manage, direct, oversee and execute economic and regulatory analyses relating to transfer pricing projects and inquiries by tax authorities.

  • Defend SBT’s transfer pricing and international tax positions in audits by the tax authorities and financial statements auditors.

  • Coordinate with affiliates, subsidiaries onshore & offshore on transfer pricing compliance and planning matters.

  • Prepare and oversee the preparation of key parts of contemporaneous transfer pricing documentation reports, including the gathering and compilation of tested party data, preparation benchmarking analyses, conduct functional interviews and analyses, and review reports.

  • Manage application of transfer pricing policies; adjust and develop policies when needed; provide technical advice to business areas with respect to transfer pricing.

  • Review, update, implement and maintain intercompany agreements.

  • Support Tax Audits and Other Local Tax issues, including Transfer Pricing.

Job Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor of Tax/Accounting/Finance, MBA (ACCA, CFA is a plus).
  • Experience: 4 - 6 years in Tax & TP consulting (Big 4 is a plus).
  • Excellent analytical skills and financial acumen.
  • Sound computer literacy (MS Excel, Word and Power Point essential).
  • Ability to understand and analyze data logically.
  • Able to identify major risks and work collaboratively with management teams to develop plans to mitigate those risks.
