Quản lý Vận tải (Transportation Team Leader)

1. Quản lý vận chuyển/Transportation Management

• Xây dựng và triển khai mô hình vận chuyển tối ưu, lựa chọn phương thức vận chuyển phù hợp với từng thị trường và kênh phân phối.

Develop and implement optimal transportation models and select appropriate delivery methods for each market and distribution channel.

• Phối hợp với đối tác logistics (3PL/4PL) để nâng cao hiệu quả vận chuyển.

Collaborate with logistics service providers (3PL/4PL) to improve transportation performance and reliability.

• Kiểm soát chi phí vận chuyển và quy trình thanh toán, đảm bảo minh bạch và tối ưu.

Monitor transportation costs and oversee payment processes to ensure transparency and cost efficiency.

• Tham gia đấu thầu và lựa chọn nhà cung cấp dịch vụ vận chuyển đáp ứng yêu cầu về an toàn và chất lượng.

Participate in the bidding process and select transportation service providers that meet safety and quality standards.

• Rà soát hợp đồng, thiết lập KPIs và duy trì quan hệ với nhà cung cấp.

Review contracts, define performance KPIs, and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners.

• Quản lý và đảm bảo tuân thủ quy định an toàn trong giao hàng và vận chuyển.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations throughout all delivery and transport operations.

• Theo dõi và cập nhật các quy định pháp luật liên quan đến vận chuyển.

Stay updated on transportation-related laws and regulations and ensure compliance.

3. Báo cáo và cải tiến/ Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Lập báo cáo giám sát hoạt động vận chuyển, phân tích dữ liệu để đề xuất cải tiến.

Prepare transportation performance reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

• Hỗ trợ cập nhật Master Data và chuẩn hóa quy trình vận chuyển.

Support master data updates and standardize transportation-related procedures.

• Tốt nghiệp Cử nhân chuyên ngành Logistics, Quản lý Chuỗi Cung ứng hoặc tương đương. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Thành thạo tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt. Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese.
• Tối thiểu 5-7 năm trong lĩnh vực quản lý vận tải hoặc logistics. Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in transportation or logistics management.
• Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với các đối tác 3PL/4PL hoặc sử dụng phần mềm TMS (Transportation Management System). Experience working with 3PL/4PL partners. Proficiency in using Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is an advantage.
• Kỹ năng tổ chức, quản lý và đàm phán với đối tác. Strong organizational, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
• Khả năng phân tích chi phí và tối ưu hóa quy trình vận chuyển. Ability to analyze transportation costs and optimize delivery processes.
• Giao tiếp tốt và khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực. Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
