1. Manage the company's procurement activities
- Procure goods and services as assigned.
- Execute the procurement plan for the item group under the responsibility.
- Review the budget plan and respond to requesting units if the plan exceeds the budget.
2. Perform procurement operations
- Receive procurement and service requests.
- Search for and evaluate suppliers in accordance with regulations.
- Negotiate transaction terms with suppliers.
- Draft and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
- Monitor contract execution.
3. Manage and evaluate suppliers
- Collect supplier data and update the supplier list.
- Search, review, and evaluate suppliers according to company standards to build a network of high-quality partners and suppliers for the company.
- Receive and resolve supplier complaints and disputes in accordance with regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, International Trade, Supply Chain, Import-Export, Finance, International Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement within large-scale manufacturing companies. Preferably experience within FMCG sector.
- Strong change management abilities, multitasking skills, and resilience under pressure.
- Good communication, and negotiation skills.
- Has a solid understanding of legal regulations related to taxation, customs, import and export of goods, and competition laws.
- Possessing certifications such as CPIM, CPSM, Advanced Purchasing, or Project Management is an advantage.
