Job Description

1. Project Planning and Coordination:

- Lead the planning and coordination of all activities related to new product development projects, Renovation, Artworks changing & promotion buldling

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, manufacturing, and finance, to ensure alignment and timely execution.

- Lead NPD review weekly meeting

- Ensure the NPD process will be follow accordingly

- Consult to the project team, espectially about the Supply Chain aspect

2. Timeline Management:

Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring that milestones are met according to the established schedules.

Identify potential delays or obstacles and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.

Assess the feasibility of the project

Gate keeper for Monthly Project Approval Meeting

3. Resource Allocation:

Work closely with department heads to allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.

Optimize resource utilization to maximize efficiency and meet project goals.

4. Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

Identify potential risks and challenges in the new product development process.

Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure successful project outcomes.

5. Budget Oversight:

Collaborate with the finance department to develop project budgets and monitor spending throughout the product development lifecycle.

Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality.

6. Communication and Reporting:

Facilitate communication between various teams involved in new product development.

Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to senior management.

Job Requirement

1. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain planning, Project Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

2. Proven experience in project management, particularly in new product development.

3. Strong understanding of product development processes and best practices.

4. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

5. Effective communication and leadership abilities.

6. Proficiency in utilizing supply chain management software and systems.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

9. Good in PBI
