1. Training Vendor Research & Initial Analysis
- Conduct research on training vendors (leadership, functional, digital, soft skills, etc.).
- Support the first-stage screening and comparison of vendors based on capability, methodology, pricing, and relevance.
- Support to prepare summary analysis, comparison tables, and recommendation drafts for review by the L&OD Head
2. Learning Management System (LMS) Support
- Report the orientation and mandatory training courses proposed across 03 organizational layers (Holding – Center – BU) to ensure compliance
- Review and support structuring of LMS content
- Support data validation and coordination with HR/IT where required
- Support daily operation of the LMS
3. Young Talent / Management Trainee Learning Journey Tracking
- Support tracking and documentation of learning journeys for Young Talent Program, Management Trainee Program
- Monitor participation, completion status, and key milestones
- Support preparation of progress reports, dashboards, and improvement suggestions
- Assist in organizing learning activities, workshops, and assessments when required
4. L&OD Reporting & Ad-hoc Support
- Support preparation of L&OD reports, dashboards, and presentations as requested
- Assist in consolidating data from multiple sources (LMS, Excel, HR data)
- Provide administrative and analytical support for L&OD initiatives and projects
