Job Description

1. Workforce Planning

  • Support workforce planning to meet the company's operational and strategic needs.
  • Assist in developing and implementing career development programs for employees.
  • Coordinate in developing promotion and succession policies.

 

2. Assist in building and executing recruitment, training, and development plans.

 

3. Build the organizational structure and internal policies.

  • Participate in researching, drafting, and proposing regulations and organizational structures..
  • Support the development and enforcement of company policies and procedures.

 

4. Compensation, Benefits, and Incentives

  • Assist in building and monitoring salary, bonus, and employee benefits schemes.

 

5. Human Resources Budgeting

  • Support the preparation of the HR budget and monitor its implementation.

 

6. Employee Relations

  • Participate in establishing internal labor regulations and collective agreements.
  • Support departments in HR management, recruitment, training, and act as a bridge between the Board of Management and employees.
  • Work in coordination with the company’s labor union.
  • Support internal communication systems and gather employee feedback.
  • Listen to employee concerns, expectations, and feedback.

 

7. Labor Information Management

  • Track and manage tasks related to labor contracts, consultant contracts, appointments, dismissals, transfers, suspensions/terminations, retirements, disciplinary actions, and commendations.
  • Track and manage employee records.

 

8. Other tasks as assigned by line manager

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Economics or other related fields.
  • Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in human resource management within the manufacturing and FMCG food industry, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong change management abilities, multitasking skills, and resilience under pressure.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
  • Strong knowledge of HR management, labor laws, social insurance, and personal income tax; logical thinking, ability to work independently and in teams, with solid skills in planning, problem-solving, team management, and communication.
  • Proficient in organization, clear communication, adaptive behavior, professional manner, high sense of responsibility, good listener, detail-oriented, honest, and highly confidential.
