1. Responsible for communication and advertising plans (ATL & BTL) for the brand
- In charge of developing, executing, and managing communication & media and trial plans to increase brand penetration and offtake.
- Analyze, measure, review, and report media campaign results; evaluate ROI & KPIs, and optimize for high performance and efficiency.
2. New product development
- Research and propose new products aligned with market demand and company resources.
- Develop launch plans for new products.
- Coordinate with the R&D department to develop and plan research and launch new or improved products.
- Manage implementation and evaluate launch effectiveness.
3. Market research
- Proactively update market changes and propose appropriate plan adjustments.
- Update consumer trends.
- Conduct market research to support the new product development process.
4. Plan and manage the marketing budget for the brand
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing within the FMCG industry.
- Brand management and strategic brand development direction.
- Planning and execution of ATL and BTL marketing activities.
- Direction and execution of communication strategy.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
- Strong change management abilities, multitasking skills, and resilience under pressure.
